I take watches in for repair by mail only. There are some watches that I cannot acquire parts for, or that are too worn out to repair, so please call me, Stephen Thomas, at 503- 239-1859 or e-mail me at jpaulson@earthlink.net to inquire about repair of your watch. Dear Erik,

Thank you very much for your check in the amount of $168.00, which I received this morning. Your Cartier tank watch will be posted out to you Monday afternoon by registered insured mail.

Registered parcels take longer to ship than regular mail, as they must be checked in at each sorting station they pass through in order to provide a tracking record. Please allow a week for delivery.

I received the watch in perfect working order and was delighted to notice
that its cosmetics were as fine as when I sent it off to you for repair. By
all means use any part of the following testimonial.

I was very satisfied with the service that I received form Stephen Thomas of
Quality Watch Repair. 

I presented for repair my Cartier tank watch which had suffered a broken
main spring. Stephen promptly examined the watch and emailed me an estimate
of the required repair, which included replacing the main spring, cleaning
and oiling the parts. It took Stephen several attempts to find just the
right spring requiring time and effort beyond which he likely had
anticipated, but there was never any suggestion that the initial estimate
would be impacted. Throughout these trials, moreover, Stephen kept me well
apprised of his progress. Even after he had repaired the watch and it
appeared to run perfectly, he asked my permisssion to study it for a further
period to ensure its reliability and accuracy.

My Cartier was returned to me in perfect working condition. I can recommend
without any reservation Stephen Thomas' watch repair service. I consider
Stephen to be a man of the highest integrity and wholly committed to
providing outstanding service.

my Cartier and Raymond Weil watches. One is always concerned with dealing
with businesses on line, especially when one has to entrust that party with
something of value. Your email and telephone communication through out the
period of repairs afforded me a high level of comfort. I hope that your
