You have provided top shelf and expedited service for my Omega Speedmaster and also a "brand new" 20+ year old Omega Deville that had never been on a wrist. My 32 year old Speedmaster which you are familiar from your last service about five years ago is worn irregularly. I sent it along on the presumption it needed service (Omega claims every five years). You replied back it really needed nothing at this time but I chose for you to open it up and do your magic anyway. Also, the Deville was purchased over 20 years ago as "new old stock" from a NYC jeweler going out of business in that area. It was purchased when the intended recipient, my son Michael, was 2 years old, and was going to be his college grad present. Well, he just graduated and that watch, after your "pre-operational service" (You also opined it "needed nothing at this time") has been presented to him. That's the least I can do for a fine lad and a fine piece of machinery. Next year, son #2, David, will have the same type of watch presented to him. You'll be seeing the other Deville in around 9 months or so!

I received my Omega automatic yesterday, and on the basis of 24 hours  
of observation, it appears to be in excellent regulation.  The band is  
polished to a high gloss, and it fits perfectly once more.  Thank you

Dear Mr. Thomas, I received my 1967 Omega Seamaster back from you and have had it a week. I just want to tell you how pleased I am with your work. It is keeping perfect time. As you know, I originally sent my watch to SMH ( a division of Omega ) for repair. They sent the watch back saying they no longer supported the watch. I then tried to contact their customer service department for further explanation. They never returned my calls! This was disappointing to say the least, as the watch was given to me by my Father in 1997 and means a great deal to me. The watch has quite a history, my father purchased it on his first tour of duty in Vietnam when he was in the Army. My Father, and his watch subsequently survived a second tour of Vietnam a few years later. Needless to say, this Omega faces a relatively boring existence in comparison to those days. Thank you for the excellent service and follow-up during repair. I will highly recommend your service for all watch bearers and in particular Omega owners. You have now repaired three watched for me. A Seiko Kinetic, An Omega
Constellation and the Leica Chronograph. All three times your service has
been prompt, your prices fair, and I have not had any problems with your 
repairs.

With the first watch I sent, I was leary about sending a watch over the
to a person a I had never met before. But my worries were quickly put

At long last my 33 year old Omega Speedmaster Moon Watch is back! While it took two months to get it serviced because of back-ordered parts, it was certainly worth the wait.

The watch looks brand new again and the chronograph buttons work properly now and I can wind it and set the time. I'm glad I had you re-illuminate the hands and dial markers because they couldn't be seen in the dark anymore.

My only suggestion is that the cleaning should include the metal bracelet. Mine was not cleaned and while this is a minor issue, I think that should be part of the service.

It is difficult in this day and age to find someone who takes their craft seriously and cares about their customers. You took the time to answer my questions promptly during the repair and it was obvious to me that you are genuinely concerned about providing a quality service to people who care about their watches.

I will recommend you to anyone who needs professional watch repair and I will certainly be sending you my watch in the future when it need servicing.

Please excuse the delay but I wanted to wear my watch for a few weeks before I commented on the repair. It has taken awhile but I have finally gotten used to having the weight back on my wrist. The replacement watch I was wearing did not even weigh half as much as my Speedmaster. When I opened the package I was literally stunned, my grandmother gave me this watch when I was thirteen and it has basically been my main watch that entire time. The watch look brand new when I took it out of the box. Every part of it was clean and polished. After I started to wind it I realized how different (stronger and smoother) the action of the new mainspring was compared to when I sent it to you for repair.

The watch has been keeping impeccable time and for the first time in a long time the stop watch function works whenever I press the stop/start button. I really appreciate all of your labor and your single minded determination to get the movement cleaned and balanced and running correctly. The results are nothing short of spectacular. I will be using your service exclusively in the future.

Once again, thank you for your effort. It is great to have my watch back.
