Hi Stephen,

I received the watch on Saturday.  I've been carrying it - so far so good.  It gives that satisfying "click" when winding it!.  I'm glad I had that spring to replace the broken one.

I'm very pleased with your work and service.  My American Watch co. Wm Ellery manufactured in March of 1864 is my most treasured watch.  I sent it to you based on strong favorable recommendations.  The work you performed on my watch, which included disassembling, cleaning and lubricating the watch, repairing the regulator, installing a replacement click spring, adjusting the balance spring, replacing the srystal, and adjusting the front case cover is of the highest quality.  I also appreciated the reassurance of your one year guarantee.  should the need arise, I won't hesitate to call on you again.

Please feel free to use this testimonial.

Best Regards,
David Kramer
