I take a limited number of watches in for repair, and by mail only. There are some watches that I cannot acquire parts for, or that are too worn out to repair. My repair services are very much in demand, and I have been having to close my business quite often, as I quickly get too many watches in to repair in a timely manner. In an effort to better control my workload, I am requesting that you email or telephone me for a link that has my address, and a form to be filled out to accompany your watch.
If you have a question about repair of your watch, please do not hesitate to call or email me, Stephen Thomas, at 503-

Pocket Watch Repair Testimonials
I received the watch on Saturday. I've been carrying it -
I'm very pleased with your work and service. My American Watch co. Wm Ellery manufactured in March of 1864 is my most treasured watch. I sent it to you based on strong favorable recommendations. The work you performed on my watch, which included disassembling, cleaning and lubricating the watch, repairing the regulator, installing a replacement click spring, adjusting the balance spring, replacing the srystal, and adjusting the front case cover is of the highest quality. I also appreciated the reassurance of your one year guarantee. should the need arise, I won't hesitate to call on you again.
