QWR left my Seiko running as good as new even though it is about fifty years old. I
am extremely pleased with the quality of their work and customer service.

Hi Stephen, I just wanted to send you a quick email to thank you again for the wonderful job you did getting my early '70's Seiko chronograph (6139-6005) running smoothly.  I have had the chance to wear it for several weeks now and it is keeping time remarkably well...not to mention I just get a smile every time I look down at my wrist!  As I am in Pittsburgh, it felt a little weird initially for me to send this watch to you across the country, but as you are one of the few people in the country to actually repair this watch and I had read numerous positive reviews about your work online, I just decided to do it.  I could not be more happy with this choice!  I appreciate the time you took explaining what exactly needed to be done with this watch, and what was simply cosmetic.  I also very much appreciated your sensitivity to the aesthetics of the watch (it is my late fathers watch) and understanding that I didn't want it to look new again...I like the dings and scratches, but wanted the guts to be reliable.  You did exactly the work you said and the entire interaction was completely professional.  I also applaud your care for the environment by offering the discount if paper packaging is used!  Whenever I need watch services in the future, you will be the first person I call and of course I would recommend you to anyone in need of quality watch repair.  Thank you so much for getting my watch into such excellent condition, I truly appreciate it, Thank You!  Adam Lebow

Stephen,
I received my Seiko, Saturday. Needless to say, I am very, very pleased
with your work and will recommend you to anyone who is looking for high
quality, first-class watch repair.
The Seiko was in a local repair shop for over a year, with no results, when
I, fortunately, came across your website.
Thanks again, for your outstanding work.
I mailed a check to you this morning.
If I can locate my old Bulova (high school graduation), I will be sending it
to you for a look.
